Commodities hauled include: molasses, whey, fertilizer, and other various liquid by-products (all non-hazmat). Commodities also fall under Agricultural exemptions, so drivers have more flexibility under ELD restrictions.
Job Requirements:
-Tanker endorsement and class A license- NO HAZMAT or TWIC card required!
-Commercial driving: 3 years (Required)
-Tanker: 1 year (Preferred)
-WI or MN based residents only please
Work Location: On the road Mon-Fri (may be home some nights during the week, depending on home location and dispatch)
Salary: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour/starting based on experience OR percentage pay based on previous experience; extra-drop pay

A little about us and what we do!
We are a Wisconsin-based, family-owned trucking company who treats all our employees like family. Drivers have daily, thorough communication with dispatch, owners, and/or office personnel so company expectations and goals are known by all. Training and orientations are very thorough and hands on, and done by owner and/or very experienced senior employees. We personally value all of our employees and are looking for drivers who also like all that small companies have to offer: appreciation, transparency, good communication, flexibility with work schedule, opportunities for advancement and bonuses based on performance, not experience, spare trucks and trailers for breakdowns or repairs, and a dedicated mechanic, just to name a few. Drivers generally load liquid agricultural products into tankers (all non-hazardous) out of the Twin Cities area and deliver mainly to locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, and Iowa. Trailers are either single compartment or split, with drivers also receiving extra drop pay. Drivers may get home occasional nights during the week depending on home location and are home every weekend, with the possibility to also to take the truck home if drivers have a place to park. Drivers operate non-hazmat tanker trailers, mostly loading and unloading liquid agricultural products to various customers, from farms to industrial businesses. Some products include liquid fertilizer, molasses and whey, among various other, nontoxic products (all non-food grade). With having such a wide variety of customers, routes change daily, so boredom is never an issue!
