There are a few dead pixels on the 4K screen (hard to capture on a picture, but last one shows the 2 areas of the dead pixels), but that does not affect any performance. The touchpad left-click is a bit unresponsive at times - we always used a mouse. Also, the battery is at a Fair level (see screenshot). But those are the only known documented issues and unit is priced accordingly.
Comes from a non-smoking environment (home and school).
Upgraded to a fresh Windows 11 Pro 64 bit, legally installed, activated, and updated from embedded OEM license.
All Dell drivers are up to date and ports are tested and working.
