What We Offer
-Starting pay up to $22/hr + $1.50 shift differential (based on experience)
-12-hour shifts (6:00–6:00) on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule
-Overtime available

Responsibilities
-Operate and monitor production equipment in a fast-paced environment
-Follow safety and quality guidelines to ensure consistent product standards
-Perform routine checks, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
-Keep work area clean and organized
-Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications
-Manufacturing or production experience preferred, not required
-Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule (including weekends/holidays)
-Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
-Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
