Native Honeysuckle + perennials - $5 (CHIPPEWA FALLS)

184th St. near County X

(google map)

Native honeysuckle grows about 3 feet tall, blooms a pretty yellow flower in mid summer and its leaves have a reddish tinge. The DNR recommends this shrub to hold a hillside or bank as it densely branches. It likes full sun to part shade.

Bee balm or red Monarda is a great summer bloomer and will attract hummingbirds, butterflies and bees.
Pink phlox is a fragrant summer bloomer that attracts bumblebees, honey bees, and butterflies.

Variegated artemisia is a great addition to summer bouquets. It is a good spreader.

These are all perennials so they come back each year. All my plants are dug from my garden and wintered over in Chippewa. Shrubs have several roots in a pot; ferns are 3 ferns to a pot.

All pots of plants are $5 each.

I also have Ostrich ferns, snow ball hydrangea bush, pampas grass and siberian iris plus more.

If you have them, please bring me big empty pots (10-12" diameter+) to replace what you buy so you don't have to return my empty pots. Please call ahead if you want more than 3 pots full of one variety so I can dig them ahead for you.
