I built this Loft Bed out of sturdy 2x4 and 2x6 construction lumber (which is mostly pine). I am not able to paint or stain it so the wood will be bare for your finishing touches. I do a fair amount of sanding with a belt sander to ensure most edges are smooth.

Overall Twin loft dimensions are 81" long x 42" deep x 80" tall. Has 57" of clearance under the bed platform and a ladder integrated into the leg. It can be customized to your specific needs for height, etc.

I can add front ladder - $50; Deck style steps $120; Storage Steps $170; or Spiral Staircase $220 - a little more for railings. I've also added shelves, full book cases, more elaborate desks, etc.

Can add a simple 18 x 39 desk to one end - $40 or a Slide $120

Delivery and setup can be arranged for an added fee, if needed. Delivery to the Eau Claire area starts at $50.

I also build other sizes: Twin XL $320, Full $370, Queen $420, King $540 as well as Bunk Beds, Trundles, Toddler Beds, Toddler Loft, and Toddler Bunk beds. Can also be used for Pet Lofts or Pets bunk beds!

I've also expanded to Kid's Outdoor Mud Kitchen!
