Here’s a beautifully made Shaker Ladder Back chair with carved wheat design. It’s made of solid oak with a rush seat. Just sat in a guest bedroom with a chair pad so barely used. It’s about 35 years old.

Very hard to find a ladder chair with carvings like this. There are felt pads on the bottom of the legs. A few sort of greenish markings (original) and a black stamp of some sort looking to begin with the number 2. Made in the USA. Wonderful craftsmanship.
