Got this camper last fall in this condition. Our friends lived in it while waiting to purchase a house. Everything is almost new on it. Stove and microwave and water heater tires and bearings are new as well. Slide out works well. I had the best intentions on fixing the rest but once again I took on too many projects this year. Not much is needed to make it nice. I just don't have time.. give me a call or text if you're interested.
