Ragdoll cat - $500 (Cornell)

Beau is my Ragdoll boy who is a about 3 years old. He is papered. He is a pet! He is not neutered, because he gets super nervous and has seizures on occasion. And so I was afraid to fix him. He is a super sweet sensitive boy, has never acted aggressively or peed on things like your normal boy cat. On the contrary he is super clean and ocd about his litter pan.
Other factors, I got him at 18 weeks so he was an old kitten, he came from a Mennonite family and I don’t think he had a very social life as a kitten and so he is pretty timid. He doesn’t like loud noises, parties, gathering of peoples or kids. He likes his people. He is super submissive to those he is used to. I have loved him and was so excited to have been able to have a real papered cat!
But, and here are the reasons for rehoming: I guess I am not at all good about being able to maintain his long fur coat and I can’t say that I ever will, I just tend to work and be out of the house a lot, secondly, I am not sure if part of the reason for his seizures is because of our house being very large and …well dirty/dusty.
Thirdly, my mom was having some health/lung issues and we are not sure if it is because we have multiple animals in the house. And the last reason is I am not sure what the year is going to bring me, I’m not sure if I am going to be moving out, in which case , I would not be able to take him and cannot leave him with my mom 😓
I am looking ideally, for maybe a retired elderly person who has always wanted a ragdoll or just a quiet home in general.
There will be a rehoming fee as I did pay a lot for him.
