We’re seeking a CAD drafter who is experienced in AutoCAD, residential architecture and has a strong understanding of wood framed construction methods. A subcontractor to start but could develop into a full-time position for the right candidate.
The candidate must be:
Proficient in AutoCAD
Able to produce clean, accurate, professional drawings to our standards.
Self-motivated & a strong communicator.
We will provide our standard template and libraries.
Compensation would be on a per phase of design basis determined before work begins.
