CHEST MEASUREMENT IS 54" it does run small so it fits close to the body, measure one of your shirts that fits you well and measure the chest. This jackets chest measurement is 54" NOT A TRUE 4X! Would probably work best for someone who normally wears a XL or 1X WOULD BE A GREAT GIFT!
