Project - $1200 (Clear Lake, WI)

12345

condition: good
length overall (LOA): 20
propulsion type: power

This is a project for a handy person, but ultimately will be a ton of fun! This is a houseboat that consists of a camper atop a pontoon frame that has 3 foam filled pontoons, so they will never leak. The boat has no leaks, floats perfectly fine, and has a new deck. Nothing on the underside of this boat or camper is rotted!! It was thoroughly checked over for that when the new deck was installed 2 years ago. The blue railing shown in some of the photos has been removed, BUT there is already a full, aluminum, pontoon railing included in this purchase, which only needs to be attached. The camper most likely should be gutted, but the last time used, the heat, stove, and lights did work. The old carpet was removed, and ready for any type of floor you'd like to install. The underlayment is not rotted. The steering would have to be re-connected. The stove is propane powered. Everything about this boat is very simple, and should not be very expensive at all to turn into something special! I apologize...I don't know the exact length, but I believe it's about 20 feet, or a bit more....average pontoon length, in any case. Sorry I have no interior photos. I live quite a distance away, and had a friend take the photos. They forgot to take the interior. It basically has the bones of a small camper...bed frames, table, etc, but I suspect you'd probably want to gut it and make it just the way you'd like.

The 40hp Mercury outboard motor works fine, but is older. It is at least 15 years old.

There is NO TRAILER for the boat, and it is currently in the water, so you would need a winching trailer to take it. It is adjacent to a boat landing, but if you had to bring it up from the property, it's a level drive to the boat.

I am not willing to separate the motor and boat, sorry. The only reason we are selling is that my husband was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer, and we won't be able to realize our lake dream any longer. We are in desperate need of money, as you might imagine, so while I certainly will entertain offers, please don't completely lowball me.

Call anytime at show contact info . If no answer by phone, trust I will get back to you asap. Please don't text, as this is a landline, and I won't get your message!

Thank you so, so much, for your consideration of continuing the dream of making this a fun lake toy that you can sleep over in if you'd choose!
