Quiet student couple looking for roommate to occupy second bedroom. Apartment is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 800 square feet with kitchen and living room. Rent ($615) and internet connection will be split 50-50 (all other utilities are included). We will provide AC. Apartment has common laundry and parking.
