I purchased the building with intent to build my woodshop. I ended up moving to a location that had the accomidations I needed.
The building has never been erected and is sitting on the pallets it came on, with about 10 gallons worth of nuts and bolts.
Everything is included that you will need to erect the building except for the end walls. They can be purchased through US Buildings, but it will be cheaper to stick frame it yourself.
I paid $7000 for the building in 2006 and purchased the optional "C" channels for $1000, plus shipping. Without the c channels you would have to form a trough in the concrete for the building to sit in. These building come with a 25 year warranty, constructed out of heavy 22 guage steel.
The price of steel exploded the past couple of years so I am just looking to get the majority of my money back out of it.
The enitre package is incredibly compact, nothing more than a snowmobile trailer would be needed to haul the entire building. Skid steer on location to load the pallets directly on your flat bed trailer. Building plans included. Cash due at pick up.
