We are a family of 5 looking for a 4 bedroom rental, we currently are living in a mobile home that is too small for our family needs, and has poor electical and wiring making it unable for us to even run a low powered air conditioner.
Right now our family consists of my wife and I, a 13 month old daughter, a 17 year old son, and my mother-in-law. Who has recently lost her place and has recently had knee replacement surgery.
Due to the knee replacement, my wife is only able to work a couple days a week, on my days off, so there is someone here to not only take care of our baby, but also her mom. So we are limited on funds. The wife and mom do plan on fully returning to work as soon as they can.
We also don't have the best of credit due mainly to medical bills. Though, we all have been working with the same companies for years, so our income is consistant, or will be when the mom can return to work, and we do have plans to fix our credit and better ourselves financially.
Our preference would be Stanley if possible. We would love to be able and keep our indoor cats as well, and would love to be able to have a dog if able.
